Italy- Rome Part 1

I'm finally posting pictures of our trip to Italy that we took in the summer. We spent the first couple of days touring Rome. The next part was in Tuscany where we rented the most amazing house for the week and spent our time discovering the hilltop towns of Tuscany. Our last leg of the trip was to magical Venice. It was an amazing trip that I still think of often and long to go back.

Elisabeth was very excited to get this sweatshirt. It's from "Teen Wolf". 

Elisabeth loves this guy more than Teen Wolf. She was doubly excited to get her "Dr Who" shirt, but I didn't capture that magical (manical) moment. 

Ethan was excited about his electric guitar. He played a great Christmas concert for us later on his new guitar. 

Harrison is trying out his new present. I think the Nerf gun is bigger than he is. 

Christmas Day felt like springtime. We went for a walk that afternoon with Grandma. 

December 2015

I'm I've been neglecting this blog, so now I need to play catch-up. Here's some pictures from December.

Ethan's 10th Birthday

Ethan turned 10 last month. He has a fun day. I pulled him out of school early and we went to see a movie. We went to a favorite pizza place that evening for dinner followed by ice cream cake at home. I can't believe he's 10!

 Some of Ethan's favorite things are: reading Calvin and Hobbes, reading the "How to Train Your Dragon" series, video games and Legos. He plays the guitar and just stared the trumpet this year. 

We can't take a picture without Andrew trying to photobomb it.
