A Perfect Summer's Evening

The perfect ending to a hot, sweltering day with no air conditioning is the beach. There are many reasons why I love the beach in the evening: it's not as crowded, it wears the kids out, and free parking. Yesterday was a hot day so after an early dinner the kids and I packed up and headed to Wingaersheek Beach (one of my favorite kid-friendly beaches).

Chasing seagulls is a favorite activity at the beach.
