Recitals

We had two performances this week. Ethan's was on Sunday, it was a concert with the other kids who take classes at Yamaha. Elisabeth's piano recital was yesterday. She played two songs from memory. They both did a great job.

Last Day of Preschool

Wednesday was Ethan's last day of preschool. That evening was his end of the year program. Ethan was very sad about leaving preschool and his teacher Miss Diane.

Day 10: Home

On the way home I asked everyone to think of their favorite things they saw while we were in Spain. Here is what they said:

Jason: The Mezquita in Cordoba and the Alhambra in Granada
Holly: Toledo and Frigiliana
Elisabeth: Toledo and the Mezquita
Ethan: Castles and the Mezquita
Andrew: Castles and picking out his soccer jersey
Harrison: Tronquitos and hanging out with Daddy for 10 days

Spain Day 9: Cordoba and Madrid

We spent most of our last day in Spain driving. We made a stop in Cordoba on the way to Madrid. The Mezquita was absolutely amazing. It was definitely our favorite cathedral. Cordoba was a beautiful place, I wish we could have spent longer there.

Harrison was a little tired from the trip. He slept almost the entire way to Madrid and then slept most of the way home to Boston.

Spain Day 8: Salobrena

We had seen a little town with a castle and decided to explore it. It was a little nerve-wracking driving up to the castle, but it was fun to see once we finally got there.
