First Day of School

Tuesday was Elisabeth's first day of 5th grade (middle school!) and Ethan's first day if 3rd grade and Andrew started 2nd grade. Harrison started kindergarten on Wednesday. My heart ached a little as he got in the bus. 

Ethan and Andrew look so excited here. 

This little guy was so excited to start school. He woke up at 3am and then 3:30 and then 4am because he was so excited. He was dressed and had his shoes and backpack on at 7:00 (the bus doesn't come until 8:15). He loves kindergarten and is so excited that tomorrow is his first long day.

End of Summer

School starts tomorrow! We've tried to cram in lots of beach time and swimming and a Red Sox game these last two weeks before summer ended.

Even in the icy Maine water Elisabeth and Ethan will boogie board for hours. These pictures were taken at Ogunquit Beach.

Vermont

We spent a few days in Vermont and had a great time. We went hiking, swimming, canoeing, golfing (Jason and Elisabeth) and just relaxed.

My little guy turned 5! I can't believe he will be starting kindergarten next week. 

Ethan and Andrew made Harrison a Lego  creation as a present.

Elisabeth and Ethan made this game for Harrison. My boys are all crazy about Minecraft.
