Christmas

Ethan was tired of taking pictures and just wanted to open presents.

Elisabeth says the doll is her baby sister.

It was so nice on Christmas that the kids could ride their new bikes outside.

Winter Fun

For some reason Ethan would not get on the sled, but had just as much fun this way.

Gingerbread House

I let the kids decorate the gingerbread house without any supervision and this is what they did.

Let's just say it got thrown away the next day.

First Snowfall

We had our first snowfall today of wet, slushy snow. The kids, of course, insisted on playing in it first thing this morning. I'm not sure if the 30 minutes I took getting them dressed was worth the 20 minutes of playing outside. They had fun so I guess it was.

Ethan insisted on shoveling the sidewalk.

Thanksgiving

The day before Thanksgiving Elisabeth's preschool class had a Thanksgiving program. She was incredibly cute in her pilgrim costume!

I forgot my camera so I had to use my cell phone camera which doesn't have zoom so I couldn't get very close when her class was singing. Elisabeth's in the white shirt, third from the left. She's one of the oldest in her class, but is definitely the smallest.
